A 10-week series of classes is offered three times each year – every fall, winter/spring, and summer – for those who want to deepen their meditative experience within a supportive community. This course is for those who have a basic understanding of meditation and wish to further develop their practice. Each series of classes explores the practice and theory of meditation from a different vantage point or tradition.
