Bunny’s roots are in the Chicago area where she spent most of her formative years. Bunny came to Kentucky in 1972 for college. Bunny and her husband Dan raised 2 wonderful children in Louisville and have called it home since 1985. Bunny loves spending time with family and friends, cooking and sharing a meal, and spending as much time outside as possible (on a beach in the sun whenever possible). Over the last 15 years, Bunny has pursued her passion of understanding the science related to trauma, stress, resilience, and learning. She found the Earth & Spirit Center in 2016 and immediately felt at home. Learning and growing her mindfulness practice alongside amazing people has supported her personal and professional life beyond measure and she is grateful!
