Kathleen leads a half-day meditation retreat on the First Saturday of each month, facilitates small spiritual guidance communities, is a faculty team member with the Mindfulness Meditation Training Program, and offers spiritual guidance for individuals in a one-on-one setting.

Kathleen has an MA in the area of Spirituality and a second MA in Transpersonal Psychology with certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Internal Family Systems.

Prior to her degree in Transpersonal Psychology, Kathleen worked in the Spirituality Office for the diocese of Owensboro, as well as in various retreat centers facilitating day-long, 8-day, and 30-day retreats. With her transpersonal psychology background, she began a private practice in 1994. Kathleen has almost 50 years of meditation practice with teachers from both Buddhist and Christian traditions, specifically meditation teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California and Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts. She has a passion for integrating Eastern and Western spirituality and psychology. Kathleen teaches and lives a profound commitment to deep inner work that flows out into radical transformation of Earth and world. She is a member of the Mount St. Joseph Ursuline Community.
