Will started at the Passionist Earth and Spirit Center in the summer of 2024. As Retreat Director and Program Manager, Will nurtures transformative retreat and team building experiences for schools, churches, and other organizations. He is passionate about programs dedicated to mindful awakening, compassionate justice, and care for the Earth.

Will has a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and the Arts from Belmont University and a Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt Divinity School. His academic interests include wilderness spirituality, the origins of Christian monasticism, natural theology, and contemplative practice.

Before coming to the Earth and Spirit Center, Will was a Benedictine monk and a Camaldolese hermit. In addition to leading retreats for various audiences, Will has also volunteered with the Catholic Worker movement, taught undergraduate and graduate theology courses, managed a bed and breakfast, and accompanied teenagers with mental health struggles on backpacking trips. He also teaches music lessons for guitar, drums, bass, and voice, and enjoys all sorts of outdoor adventures from rock climbing to kayaking.
