
Class Description
Through mindful movement practices such as qigong, tai chi, & walking meditation we will have the opportunity to experience movement that supports health & healing for the mind, body & spirit. Meditative movement focuses upon proper breathing techniques and slow, gentle rocking and stretching movements designed to improve our general health and wellbeing. It improves circulation, digestion, & balance, while easing stress and physical tension carried in the body. These practices will be easy to learn and do not put stress on the muscles or joints. It is our hope that mindful movement will be fun and will create a supportive community while improving health, peace of mind & enjoyment.
