This course deepens the practices taught in Basic Mindfulness and teaches additional skills and meditation forms. Loving Kindness (metta) practice is explored in depth, along with Deep Listening. Session Three is a mini silent retreat. The required book is "Real Happiness" by Sharon Salzberg and/or her new book, "Real Change".
