On the first Saturday of each month, the Earth & Spirit Center becomes a place of silent meditation with two 30-minute sessions, followed by walking meditation or questions and reflections about practice, with a final 45-minute sit. You can come for one or stay for all four sessions. The experience of shared silence is for beginning and experienced meditators, and has progressive teaching beginning each of the four sessions. The goal is to deepen your personal practice, help you benefit from community support, and cultivate personal and world peace through personal transformation. All sincere spiritual seekers are respected and welcome to participate.
