Allow your kids the time to unwind this summer! During the weeklong camp we will work our way “Inside Out” using mindfulness and yoga to tune in to what’s happening within us, then becoming mindful of our environment and the larger world. Children will take part in three daily yoga sessions and a variety of mindfulness experiences, including mindful walking, eating and deep breathing. This program is a partnership with Calma: Calm & Loving Minds Achieve, an organization that provides mindfulness tools to children, educators and parents, and with Omies Yoga Studio, which specializes in empowering teens, pre-teens, and kids through yoga and meditation.
