While life’s challenges are inevitable, mindfulness offers a way to navigate them with clarity and compassion, preventing them from taking over. This course is designed to help you embrace mindfulness and cultivate a life rooted in peace, joy, and love—even during difficult times.
Over six sessions, you’ll explore the following topics:
- Understanding why we worry and ruminate
- Breaking free from regrets and resentments
- Releasing worries and anxiety
- Finding comfort through self-compassion
- Harnessing the power of connection and community
- The joy of taking in the good
Feeling good is a habit that can be nurtured through intentional practice. This course invites you to explore a variety of techniques designed to lessen the grip of worry and rumination. While no single approach works for everyone, participants are sure to discover practices that resonate with them. Grounded in positive psychology research, each session features an engaging presentation to provide context and understanding for the techniques introduced. Whether you’re managing persistent worry or feeling overwhelmed by current events, this course offers tools to help you stay grounded and find joy, even in challenging times.
