Mindfulness offers profound physical, psychological and spiritual benefits, including the inner freedom from the bondage to the ego. This course on Insight Meditation presents the theory and application of mindfulness to four dimensions of life: attunement to the physical body, awakening to energetic feelings, exploring the vast and complex mental world, and recognition of dynamic mental phenomena. It focuses on the wisdom, insights and happiness that meditative experiences can bring.
