Racial Equity is a 10-week course that awakens participants to the economic systems, public policies, cultural norms, and hidden biases that empower some and oppress others. It introduces a framework for understanding how power and privilege influence racial disparities. While it entails a deep look at the painful truths of racial oppression, it also helps you build community with others as we strive together on a path toward racial justice.
