“Our parents may be able to leave us money, houses, and land, but they may not be happy people. If we have happy parents, we have received the richest inheritance of all.” Thich Nhat Hanh
The wise words of Thich Nhat Hanh are explained and supported by the neuroscience of stress, resilience, & mindfulness. The science tells us that experience shapes the architecture of our brains and that the experiences in our lives make a difference in our health and wellbeing.
Class Description
As parents, we can use this wisdom and this science to create environments where our children grow and thrive. In this workshop we will explore the science of stress, resilience, and mindfulness as it applies to cultivating experiences and environments that support the wellbeing of our children.
