Class Description
Join us for our first Mindful Happiness retreat! Instructor Tony Zipple has decades of experience in training people in practices that improve their subjective well-being (a.k.a. happiness). The retreat is very experiential, with an emphasis on practices that awaken people to the possibility of having a happier life, a life with more joy, peace, and calm. It recognizes that all of us face challenges and that we can have more happiness and well-being in spite of these challenges if we choose to do things that increase our happiness and well-being.
