Class Description

Through mindfulness techniques, self-reflection, and compassionate communication, parents enrolled in this course will learn practical tools to support intentional-present-centered parenting. Whether you're a new parent or have years of experience, this course will help you develop the skills to manage parental challenges with patience, understanding, and confidence.
Parents will:
