This comprehensive 10-week introductory course gives you a complete overview of the practice of mindfulness meditation – in a clear, straightforward way. You will be guided through developing a personal meditation practice and how to bring the precision and clarity of this practice into your daily life. The results can help with handing stress, relationships, and life in general, all while remaining absorbed in the present moment.  The course includes both in-class instruction and out-of-class practice.
