First Saturday Silent Sitting

Are you seeking the opportunity to join regularly in a guided group meditation practice? Do you seek greater peace for yourself and for the world? Our First Saturday Silent Sitting is a monthly gathering that will help you connect with other meditators and spiritual seekers from varying faith backgrounds.

Writing as Spiritual Practice - Summer 2026

Writing as Spiritual Practice is a 4 week course aimed to guide participants in growing their creativity/spirituality through writing and bearing witness.

This course is being taught virtually via Zoom link. Link given after registration confirmed.

Camp Odyssey at Shawnee

Camp Odyssey at Shawnee offers children entering grades K–6 an immersive experience rooted in the three core aspects of the Earth & Spirit Center’s mission: spiritual practice, compassion for others, and connection to the Earth.

Silent Meditation & Zen Walking Program

Join us for a welcoming meditation practice featuring seated meditation, gentle Zen walking, and light guidance to support mindfulness, inner calm, and self-awareness. Open to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
