Meditation 1 Introduction to Meditation – 10-week course
This comprehensive introductory 10-week course gives you a complete overview of the practice of mindfulness meditation, offering you step-by-step guidance for developing a personal meditation practice using mindfulness. The course includes basic instruction in the techniques of mindfulness meditation that come from various spiritual traditions, the psychological principles of the practice, and clear guidance for bringing the fruits of the meditation practice into everyday life.

Applied Mindfulness Meditation Course – Five-week course
If you frequently feel anxious, uncertainty, distressed and lonely (disconnected?) these days, you’re not alone. Fortunately, mindfulness meditation practices can support us to get beyond just coping to a renewed sense of connection and purpose. We call this course “applied mindfulness” because our focus is engagement with practice. You will learn about the rationale for mindfulness and meditation as it serves to support your keeping practice active and accessible in your daily life. This course is for beginners as well as those with previous meditation instruction. It can also serve as a bridge to our 10-week Med 1 course or other courses for experienced meditators.
