Field Trips – Educational Outreach

The Earth & Spirit Center’s Environmental Educational Outreach Programs are designed to promote children's curiosity and care for the Earth through direct learning experiences. These experiences help them explore the spiritual connection between themselves, nature, and science. On our 27-acre campus of fields, woods, and gardens, and in our historic, renovated brick barn, children will be encouraged to creatively engage the natural world and cultivate a sense of stewardship for our planet.  Field trips can be custom-designed for school groups, youth groups, groups of families, and other organizations.  Email us for more information and to schedule a field trip.

Saving the Earth Starts With You – Workshop

The EarthCare Empowerment Workshop is an immersive experience to encourage each of us to think critically and creatively about ecological issues. As a group we will explore the broad spectrum of environmental issues and discuss meaningful opportunities to address acute environmental challenges and ensure clean air, water, and soil. This experience is offered by the Earth & Spirit Center so that we can take an honest look at the challenging state of the world, have a space to reflect on it together, and explore opportunities to create a new future where each of us has a key role to play. The initiative’s goals are to understand the current state of our planet in a factual way and how we got here, then build upon the progress that’s already been made to help bring about what is possible for the future – with action and informed, grounded optimism. We work together to create fresh solutions that are within our power to put into action to address environmental challenges. More than 100,000 people in 50 countries have taken part in this Workshop (under the name Awakening the Dreamer), making this a truly global effort that is based on an international network.
