An Experiential Program for Cultivating Lasting Happiness Through Habits, Mindset, and Meaningful Change
The Dalai Lama has said that the one thing that all people have in common is the desire to be happy. Regardless of our current level of happiness, we all could benefit from being even happier. Happiness is not just a feeling, Happiness is a habit, a set of ways that we think and behave that support our happiness. This series is designed to teach participants a series of research supported interventions that have been shown to increase happiness. In addition, because none of these interventions help unless we practice them, the series will teach participants the basics of personal change and habit formation. Each session has a significant experiential component. Self-assessment tools will be used Participants will leave with a personal “happiness toolkit.”. Topics and strategies for the series include:

Program Objectives:
- Describe the physical and psychological & physical benefits of happiness
- Learn specific strategies for personal change and habit formation
- Learn a wide range of strategies for increasing happiness
- Increase personal happiness by 10%
