
Class Description
This series is designed to teach participants a series of research supported interventions that have been shown to increase happiness. The series includes topics like gratitude, increasing social connectedness, taking in the good, and increasing sleep and exercise. In addition, because none of these interventions help unless we practice them, the series will teach participants the basics of personal change and habit formation. Each session includes a significant experiential component as well as small group discussion. Self-assessment tools will be used and participants will leave with a personal “happiness toolkit” that they can use in their personal journey toward habits of happiness.
