The price for the public EJ tours is $15 per person, $10 for teachers/educators.
Class Description
We offer a variety of bus tours around Louisville and the region that help groups learn about environmental challenges, their social justice implications, and the ingenious, inspiring solutions that are helping to bring about a more just and sustainable world.
Environmental Justice bus tours feature an interactive discussion as we drive through West Louisville, which is – not coincidentally – home to both Louisville’s largest pollution challenges and its poorest and most marginalized citizens. This tour will open your eyes to environmental justice issues right here in our city.
Sustainable Solutions bus tours offer an inspiring and informational experience to showcase what is happening in Louisville to protect its watersheds, manage its waste, grow local food, generate renewable electricity, and promote a safe, sustainable city.
