Meditation in Motion
Gentle Qigong for Wellness of Body, Mind, and Spirit
Using the 24 Therapeutic Postures of Qigong, we’ll explore slow, rhythmic movements designed to:
- Enhance energy flow
- Improve circulation, digestion, and balance
- Ease stress and physical tension
- Support whole-body healing
You’ll learn to move with intention, integrating breath, awareness, and energy in a way that feels meditative and restorative. These gentle exercises are easy to learn, low-impact, and suitable for all ages and abilities – no previous experience required.
More than just a class, Meditation in Motion is a supportive space to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the peace that comes from moving mindfully with others.
