Class Description
Participants will learn to practice and expand Self Compassion through moments of silent reflection, small group interactions, and short talks. Informational talks include the use of Internal Family Systems and Neuroplasticity to achieve a more joyful life.
Participants will learn three techniques for cultivating Self Compassion as well as identify barriers. They will mindfully explore self talk and how we may modify that to our own benefit and that of others. They will explore new studies regarding the outcomes of expanded gratitude and stress reduction.
