Turn Your Stress into Strength! Manage the stress in your life using research-based techniques including deep breathing, mindfulness, and visualization. You will leave the sessions inspired and on your way to a happier, more peaceful and fulfilling life. Trained, certified, and experienced in resiliency and wellness coaching, your facilitator Paula Kommor starts with the belief that you are whole, resourceful, and creative. As a group, we will focus on your strengths and past successes to help you build a sustainable resiliency habit. Give yourself the gift of self-care.
This four-week experience creates a safe and supportive space where each participant can walk away with practical research-based resiliency skills. Participants will not only have a solid understanding of mindfulness but also practical skills to apply it in their daily lives. They will leave the program with reduced stress, improved relationships, and a roadmap for continued mindfulness practice.
Paula, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and former University of Louisville Wellness Coaching adjunct faculty, will guide you on this exciting journey. Paula motivates with experiential programs designed to manage stress and promote wellness. Trained by the Harvard Mind/Body Institute and the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults in innovative stress management techniques, Paula teaches people to live healthier, more balanced lives. In addition, her passion, training, experience, and certifications in wellness ensure a fun, interactive, and safe program. Past clients include the American Institute of CPAs, Beam Global, Brown-Forman, General Electric, University of Louisville, and Yum Brands.
