Class Description
Mindfulness meditation has been clinically demonstrated to increase relaxation, relieve stress, reduce anxiety, improve health, and bolster self-esteem - and after the year we've all had, who couldn't use that kind of help?
We also work for moving beyond education towards compassionate action to build a more equitable and just society for all. We work for the flourishing of individuals, communities, and our living Earth. We welcome and honor people of all faiths, identities, and backgrounds. We’re here for everyone.
We’re here for you and your staff. We want to expand our impact and reach more people through our programs, so we are opening a handful of opportunities in a few of our fall classes for our community partners to enroll with waived registration fees. We would be extremely grateful for donations in support of our mission and participants will be directed to an opportunity to make a gift upon registration, to ensure we can continue reaching across our community with access for all, regardless of financial circumstances.
